The Apple Basket is a locally owned and operated gift, antique, and fine jewelry shop conveniently located just outside Washington, DC in Southern Maryland’s Mechanicsville, MD, in historic St. Mary’s County. About Us The Apple Basket owners, Charlene and Nick Tsirigotis, have been in business for over 30 years. Charlene is a self-taught floral designer and antiques dealer who runs this delightful emporium full of general store memorabilia of yesteryear. The store, originally located in Solomons, is now in Mechanicsville, in a two-story, original 1800s era general store.

Antiques The Apple Basket has over 6000 sq feet of space with 13 uniquely themed rooms with giftware and home décor items mixed in with or displayed on the antiques.

Jewelry

The Apple Basket has antique, new, and used jewelry. We carry the largest selection of sterling silver and vintage gold in the area and fine diamond rings.

 

The Apple Basket has a Buy and Sell policy for previously worn jewelry and antiques.

 

Trollbeads

We carry an extensive line of the ever popular Trollbeads with which our customers can create their own design. Trollbeads are made from the highest quality raw materials including sterling silver, 18 carat gold, Italian Murano glass, natural pearls and precious stones.
